7 Months Old!

I can't believe she's 7 months! The days are flying by so fast! Wish I could press "pause" for awhile. :-)

Our Monday Play Group

Every Monday afternoon, Ella and I join a play group of babies around 6-12 months. We met most of these moms and babies at our New Mom's Group from the Los Gatos Community Hospital where Ella was born.

Ella likes to look at and occasionally touch the other babies, but still likes mama to stay within touching distance. :-) From time to time she'll look up or reach for my finger just to be sure I'm there.

Park Swing

Ella enjoys walks to the park in the evening and just started swinging on the "little kid" swings.

The first time I put her in it (earlier this week) she just laughed and laughed.

Ella loves Blue's Clues, especially the episodes with Steve as the host.

Choosing Which Toys to Play With

Now that Ella is sitting up so well on her own, she's able to choose the toys she wants to play with. I put her basket of toys next to her and she pulls out the ones she wants to play with.

Out to Dinner with Grandpa and Great Gramma

Grandpa came for a visit. We went out to dinner at Outback.

Ella does great out. She naps in her stroller if she gets tired.

I love Grandpa's beard!
