Honey Pots

I've had a couple of requests for more pictures of the "honey pots" I painted for Emma's birthday. The idea came from Pinterest  (http://pinterest.com/pin/234327986831837648/). They were pretty easy to make and Emma loves them.

Emma's 2nd Birthday Celebration!!!

We celebrated Emma's birthday a day early since Sead will be at work most of the day tomorrow. She loves Winnie-the-Pooh, so that was the theme.

I painted clay pots to make these "honey pots". After today they will store crayons and glitter glue in the girls learning room.

Emma loves Minnie Mouse! She's thrilled with this Minnie Mouse pet shop and play mat!

Ella's gift - a Brave costume!

Emma loves Ella's Tag Reader so much that we got her the Junior Tag Reader.

Emma wanted us to relight and sing to her over and over again. She even managed to blow out the candles by herself a couple of times.

Pin the Tail on Eeyore!

The girls had a great time pinning and repinning. Emma's still a little young for the blindfold part, so we skipped that part.

A talking, moving Pooh! His nose and ears move when he talks and sings and he moves from side to side.

Ella loves the books that Gramma & Papa sent for her!

Ice Cube Fun!

 This is one of the girls' favorite activities right now! It's been really hot and we don't spend much time outside, but they do love to play with water and ice cubes on the screened porch.

Watch out! She's armed! 

Summer in North Carolina

 We see lots of beautiful butterflies in our backyard!

 The butterflies love these flowers! I spot at least 3 big beautiful butterflies on it every day.

The view from our front porch - I lost about 10 minutes of this sunset because the camera lens takes that long to stop foggy from the humidity when I take it outside.
