Painting with Ms. Karen

This was Emy's first time painting with Ella and Ms. Karen. The girls had a great time and did such a great job! Emy painted Tiana's dress (I can't believe how well she did!) and Ella painted Elsa's dress. Ella came up with the idea to add snowflakes to Elsa's dress.

A Few Cute Pictures

I can't wait for paci fairy to come! ;-) Emy's not thrilled about the idea of giving up her pacis. We'll give it a couple more months.

 The girls love Legos!

First Day of School

Emy's 4th Birthday

We had a lot of fun celebrating Emma's 4th birthday. This year she chose a trip to Build-A-Bear over a birthday party with friends, so I decorated and made a cake just for her and cupcakes a few days later.

Gifts waiting for Emma to discover in the morning...

Emy loves Mickey (and Minnie)!

Ya, she still has her pacis. I'd love for the Paci Fairy to come anytime now, but Emy is not thrilled about that idea. I'm letting the idea settling in for awhile first. :-)

Ella's reaction after opening a special present for her on Emma's birthday...

Here's what she got! She loves LOTR and The Hobbit, especially the elves!

This was my first time making fondant for a cake. Emy was pleased and I got some practice with this method. Guessing I'll probably have more fondant cake requests from the girls in the future.

The inside of the cake was even more exciting than the outside to Emma.

 Eating candy bracelets

Minnie & friends tatoos - Ella put all of them on her arms. :-)

My 'dorables!!!

Marshall from Paw Patrol! Thank you Auntie Joy, Uncle Nate, Grant & Kate!!!

I hid half a map behind each girls gift. They took their Jake & the Neverland Pirates on a treasure hunt using the map.

 Following the map...

 Emy discovers the "treasure"!

Elsa's Castle!

I made this "pin the bow on Minnie" game for Emy.

She loved putting the bows on with and without her eyes open.

Minnie inspired cupcakes. :-)

Papa and Gramma: I'm going to record the girls singing on the karaoke machine and post it very soon! :-)
