Crabtree Valley Mall, Raleigh

We took the girls to the mall last weekend to visit Build-A-Bear.

 Emma loves escalators!

Ella brought some of her bears from home to pick outfits for.

 Emma, waiting for her bunny

Blow-drying and brushing her new coral bunny

Emma won't go near the blower, but she supervises at a distance and reminded daddy to use the brush. :-)

Getting Ready for October!

Here's our second Halloween craft, also an idea I found on Pinterest.

Ghost Feet

Our first Halloween craft this year, Ghost Feet. The girls loved this activity. Another great idea found on Pinterest, http://pinterest.com/pin/234327986831210576/ .

The Holly Springs Library

We love our library in Holly Springs! It's a frequent outing for us and the girls love to pick out books!

Emma finds a book or two that she likes and heads for the small chairs in the children's section.

Ella brings her backpack and picks out several books.

Ella has learned how to check out our books.

Freckles!

Ella's freckles appeared for the first time this summer. I had freckles as a child, so I've been wondering if the girls would get them too. They're hard to capture in a photo, but if you click on the photo to enlarge it you should be able to see them. :-)

It looks like her eyes have a couple of colors. They're blue with hazel/brown around the pupil.

More Marbles

We took the girls to Marbles Kids' Museum on Friday. We just started exploring the upstairs part of the museum a couple of weeks ago. There's so much at this museum!!!

Ella, surfing

Couldn't resist a shot of those cute little toes!

Yes, Emma wants to do everything Ella does!

"DID IT!!!"

Whoa! Look how strong Emma is! ;-)

... and Ella too!

Big Legos!!!

Emma loves tools! This space is perfect for her.

Feeding animals

Grooming a kitty

Where's Emma?! Oh, there she is. :-)

The girls love the Storybook Forest update!

Ella made sure everyone was buckled.

Uh oh, little one is loose.
