Ella and I had our second "Mommy and Big Girl" outing tonight. We went to see the new Disney Princess movie, Tangled (i.e. Rapunzel). It was Ella's first time seeing a movie in a large screen theater.
All dressed and ready to go - Ella wore her Rapunzel dress, of course.

Needless to say, she was quite thrilled when she climbed in the car to head to the movie and found a Rapunzel doll waiting for her.

Ella did great! She talked about going home a couple of times, but as soon as she'd stand up something exciting would happen in the movie and she'd be locked on it again. It also helped that she had all her comfort items, i.e. blanket, juice box, Doggie. Another saving factor is that the arms between these theater seats fold up, so Ella could snuggle with me. :-) It was a great night!
