We braved the rain and made a trip to Gilroy Gardens today. For the past few weeks each time we're free to go it's been raining. The rain was suppose to be light today, so we took the chance and headed out. Gilroy Gardens will only be open through November and then we may not get a chance to go again before we move, so we're trying to make as many trips as we can this month.

Ella really wanted to wear a princess dress today. Fortunately, we came to a compromise, jeans with a tutu. :-)

The ducks were enjoying the rain and the quiet park.
Ella got to go on the duck paddle boats for the first time today. Normally the line is just too long, but because of the rain the park was fairly empty and there were no lines to get on the rides.
