We had a lot of trouble keeping the roof from sliding off our Gingerbread house last year. I haven't had much time to research the art of Gingerbread houses, and Ella loved this train kit we found at the grocery store, so a Gingerbread Train is what we made this time.
She had very minimal help from Mama. It turned out really cute!
It was only about 10 minutes after she'd completed it that she wanted to know when we could eat it. Well, they are best eaten fresh. :-)
